As Chairperson of the first half of the 10th Hwaseong Special City Council,
I feel a profound sense of responsibility
as I take on this role in a city that has grown rapidly and dynamically.

With a commitment to shared growth and cooperation,
I will do my utmost, fulfilling my role and responsibilities as Chairperson,
to build a Hwaseong Special City Council that earns the trust of its citizens
and grows stronger through their support and interest.

We will listen carefully to the voices of our citizens
and seek answers on the ground, where people live and work.
The 10th Hwaseong Special City Council
will always put the everyday lives of our citizens at the heart of its work.
