Respected citizens of Hwaseong Special City!

Hello,
I am Bae Jeong-su, the Chairman of the second half of the 9th Hwaseong Special City Council.

First, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the victims of the aircraft disaster and their families.

The Hwaseong Special City Council was newly launched on January 1, 2025, during a difficult time internally and externally.

I have contemplated how we could conduct mature council activities worthy of the name "Special City Council.".

No matter how often I think about it, the answer always comes to mind is policy implementation through active communication with citizens.

The actual owners of Hwaseong are you, the citizens.

Please tell us what you need to live a better life. Listening with open ears is the job of all twenty-five council members.
